WHAT IS GYORKINESIS®?

The GYROKINESIS® Method was originally called “Yoga for Dancers” The GYROKINESIS® Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing the range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method that coordinates movement, breath and mental focus. The uniqueness of the GYROKINESIS® method needs to be experienced first-hand.

Why GYROKINESIS® with Suzanne

Suzanne McCarty is a GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer which means she is a Teacher Trainer of this modality with over 22+ years of experience teaching movement. Suzanne enjoyed a professional dance career of 12 years in Europe where she began studying the Methods with the founder Juliu Horvath.
