Dancer Programs at Hara

Our dancer programs are for Dancers twelve years and older. If you want to work on your dance technique with safe and effective exercises and improve awareness of your own body this workshop series is for you.

This workshop series is a comprehensive look at foundations of dancer technique and includes the following individual workshop topics:

  • Your centre
  • The Spine
  • The Feet
  • Training Turnout
  • Flexibility


All workshops have been created by instructor Suzanne McCarty who is a former professional ballet dancer that led a 12 year dance career in Europe.

Suzanne’s wealth of knowledge in movement and dance shines through in each of these workshops.

Former professional ballet dancer Vienna Volksoper and Vienna State Opera Ballet companies.

Class numbers limited.

Students: $20 per workshop/90min

Pilates allows dancers the space outside of the dance studio to re-balance, release and re-connect.
