Hara Barre is developed by Suzanne McCarty, an ex professional Ballet dancer. It’s an invigorating movement class that is inspired by dance, it incorporates 3 dimensional movement techniques from Dance, developmental movement patterns, yoga & pilates.
During this class, you will experience flowing, undulating movement which requires full body strength, flexibility and control.
*The side effect is that you will get a cardiovascular workout and tone your legs and butt
