Pregnancy Pilates and Yoga classes is safe and effective exercise for women through all stages of their pregnancy, from pre natal through to post natal. Hara teachers are experienced and have completed specialist pre and post natal training. Hara offers a holistic approach to the healthy and well being of each student to support, empower and enrich all aspects of female health for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
